This research uses <em>Fuzzy Logic</em> Resistant model because in this method there is a variable in the form of frequency variables and activity variables on a <em>fuzzy</em> model, where later these variables can produce a <em>fuzzy</em> set as a benchmark, the higher the results of the <em>fuzzy</em> set obtained, the higher the effect on us, where the results are displayed in the form of community conditions related to the use of social media. The results of this study are also equipped with <em>fuzzy</em> membership degree representation and <em>fuzzy</em> processing conclusions that are displayed on information system applications using Visual Basic programming language, thus helping system users to analyze the influence of social media based on <em>fuzzy</em> variables, as well as the existence of <em>Fuzzy Logic</em> applications. social media influence on people's behavior. Kuantan Singingi is one of the districts in Riau province, has a lot of potential that can be developed, especially tourism. To develop the potential, Kuantan singingi need</em><em>s</em><em> internet network with</em><em> better</em><em> signal quality</em><em>. </em><em><br> To meet the needs of high quality internet in Kuantan Singingi then in this research has been done design of LTE internet network in Kuantan Singingi area by using Coverage Dimensioning</em><em> method</em><em> with FDD</em><em> as duplex</em><em> at 5 MHz bandwidth. The design is done for planning until 2020.</em> <em>The design results have been obtained that Kuantan Singingi requires 54 eNodeB</em><em>s</em><em> with cell radius about 6690 meters. In addition, the average RSRP -80dBm obtained with the widest coverage area reaches 99.5%. People wanted to get information about something as quickly as possible by only using their phone's application. One of the example is information about school (profile, location,etc). In Padang city, there are so many schools that scattered throughout all the regions.This research try to build an application that can give any kind of information about school that user's wanted by only using their own phone. This application built in both side user and client. To achieve the purpose of college, one of the stages that must be done is the evaluation of employee performance, namely by monitoring employee discipline. To facilitate the determination of the level of employee discipline is required data mining techniques to </em><em>cluster of</em><em> data. In data mining there are several methods of data clusters, which is often used is the method of K-Means with Fuzzy C-Means. Based on the research conducted both methods are grouping employee performance data into 3 clusters, namely high performance level, the level of </em><em>medium performance level</em><em> and low performance level. The system is built with the concept of Internet of Thing using&nbsp;</em><em>microcontroller</em><em>&nbsp;technology. The system is designed to be able to transmit location data and heart rate of criminals in real time. 10 locations were selected to test the accuracy of location data and 6 student samples were selected to test heart rate data. The results of the study found that the system built can send location data accurately with an average distance (0.54 + - 0.75) meters, t (9) = -1.223, p =</em><em><u>.</u></em><em>234.</em> <em>Whereas for heart rate data there was no difference between the data from the system compared to the actual data (t (5) = -2.123, p =</em><em><u>.</u></em><em>223).
